Summers are a notoriously slow time for most Valley restaurants and bars, so many offer deals or promotions to lure customers out of their air-conditioned houses. Here are some current examples:
🎬🍝 Marcellino Ristorante in Scottsdale has brought back its annual Summer Supper – three courses for $49 – for dine-in Tuesday through Thursday. And starting June 18 it will have Dinner and a Movie on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with guests enjoying an Italian dinner and a movie set in Italy in a private dining room.
🥗 In Good Spirits Hospitality is hosting a “Summer of Salad” at all three of its concepts – The Gladly in Phoenix and Citizen Public House and Beginner’s Luck in Scottsdale. Every Wednesday through August you can get its signature Original Chopped Salad for just $12.
🍝 Floridino’s Pizza & Pasta in Chandler is celebrating its 28th anniversary all month with specials that include $6.99 spaghetti or ziti with marinara on Wednesdays and $8.99 two-item calzones on Thursdays.
🍽️ In June and July, Cuisine & Wine Bistro in Chandler is offering an early-bird, three-course, prix-fixe menu for $55 from 4-6 p.m. Tuesdays-Thursdays. Choose from two starters, two entrees, and two desserts.
🌮🍺 Pedal Haus Brewery in Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix is running a Baja shrimp taco special – two fried shrimp tacos, chips and salsa, and a Beach Cruiser Mexican lager – for just $12 this summer.
🥤 Through Aug. 31, enjoy a handmade milkshake or ice cream float for just $6 at Miracle Mile Deli in Phoenix. It’s also bringing back its annual July special – half of any MMD sandwich and a side for $7.50.
🍺🍷 La Ristra New Mexican Kitchen in Gilbert and Chandler has a special summer happy hour that includes $3 domestic beers, $5 glasses of wine, $6 margaritas, and more. Check it out 2-6 p.m. and 8 p.m.-close Monday-Friday through Aug. 15.
🥵 Any day in June that the temperature hits or exceeds 110 degrees you can cool off with a $1.10 margarita at Ghett Yo Taco in Chandler.
🍕 Vero Chicago Pizza‘s seven locations have a summer-long special on Mondays – buy one pizza, get one for 50% off. You must order online.
🍕 From June 14-30, Venezia’s Pizzeria‘s five locations are selling 16-inch cheese pizzas (limit five) for just $12.99. In July, they will take 10% off any online or app order of $20 or more.
