🍔 Iconic White Castle, which lays claim to being America’s first fast-food hamburger chain (started in 1921), opens its third Valley restaurant with a ribbon-cutting at 8 a.m. today near the northwest corner of I-10 and Bullard in Goodyear. The 3,220-square-foot building features 52 dining room seats, a covered patio with 14 outdoor seats, and a double drive-through. The chain made its Arizona debut in Scottsdale in 2019 and added a south Tempe location last year. After today, open 7 a.m.-3 a.m. daily.
