Mexican restaurant Okay Maguey, a self-described ‘‘scratch kitchen gourmet taco bar,’’ has opened near the southeast corner of Tatum and Cactus in northeast Phoenix. Nine kinds of tacos, ranging from Michoacán-style pork to garlic shrimp to conchinita pibil, are the centerpieces of a large menu that also offers enchiladas, burritos, ceviches, and a variety of antijitos (snacks). A full bar serves cocktails, wine, and margaritas. Open for lunch and dinner daily.
