🍗 Phoenix soul food restaurant Momma’s Soul Fish & Chicken has soft-opened a second location in the former JJ’s Grubb Shack & Sports Bar space near the northwest corner of Main and Higley in east Mesa. Momma’s debuted last May on the northwest corner of Greenway and 19th Avenue. Its menu features fried chicken (pictured), pork chops, beef roast, catfish, shrimp, tilapia, hush puppies, cornbread, peach cobbler, and more. A grand opening ceremony will be held at noon today, followed by happy hour from 1-4 p.m. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Saturday.
