🍜 Mensho, a Tokyo-based chain of award-winning ramen restaurants, has opened its fourth U.S. location at Mesa Riverview on the northeast corner of Dobson and Rio Salado.
Founded in 2005 by ramen master Tomoharu Shono, Mensho specializes in “farm-to-bowl ramen” featuring seasonal ingredients and a specialty wheat used to make its own noodles.
The menu offers nine kinds of ramen, plus ‘‘mini dishes’’ like A5 wagyu and karaage fried chicken.
Open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday.
