🧃 Westy’s Organic Kitchen & Juice, which has holding pop-ups for two-plus years, has soft-opened a bricks-and-mortar location on the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria.
In addition to its 10 signature juices, the menu features organic smoothies, salads, bowls, toasts, baked goods, and more.
Summer hours are 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
