🇲🇽 Chantico, a trendy Mexican restaurant and bar from Valley restaurateur Walter Sterling (Ocotillo, Starlite BBQ, etc.) has closed after three-plus years on the southwest corner of Camelback and 11th Street in uptown Phoenix.
Named for the Aztec goddess of the hearth, Chantico offered traditional Mexican dishes with contemporary twists, an expansive drinks program at its two bars, and three outdoor dining areas.
No explanation was given for the closure.
