🥗 Modern Market Eatery, a Denver-based chain of health-focused fast-casual restaurants, has closed all three of its Valley locations.
Known for its mindfully sourced ingredients, Modern Market Eatery eschews the use of artificial flavors or colorings, trans fats, hormones, or antibiotics in its menu of grain bowls, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and more.
The chain, which debuted in Boulder, Colo., in 2009, opened its first Valley restaurants near Scottsdale Fashion Square and in the Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center in 2017, then added a north Scottsdale location in 2018.
No explanation was given for this week’s three unannounced closures.
Modern Market recently announced plans to open six new restaurants in Las Vegas.
