🚧 Etta, a two-year-old New American restaurant at the Scottsdale Quarter, has been sold and will close Monday for several weeks of remodeling.
Chicago-based Etta Collective, the restaurant’s parent company, filed for bankruptcy in February and its assets were bought by Texas-based RDM Hospitality.
Etta, which specializes in wood-fired dishes, also has a location in Chicago.
What will change
RDM intends to reopen the north Scottsdale restaurant in September under the same name, but with ‘‘leadership changes, design and aesthetic updates (artist’s rendering shown), revamping the menu and strategic partnerships.”
Changes will include more TVs in the main bar area, a sound system in the dining room for live DJs every night, and a new private dining room.
