🌮 The Taco Spot, a fast-expanding local taqueria, has launched its 10th Valley location on the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Adams Street in downtown Phoenix.
What’s on the menu? Birria tacos, birria quesadillas, birria vampiros, and birria ramen are the restaurant specialties.
- Other items include burritos, burrito bowls, nachos, loaded fries, tortas, and churros.
The history: Brothers Jorge and Jesus Ruiz got their start by selling birria tacos out of a Chandler barbershop in 2020.
- The company began selling franchises in 2022.
Hours: 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
