🍜 One Pot, an Asian hot pot eatery where you can customize individual bowls, has opened on the southwest corner of Broadway and Dobson roads in west Mesa.
What’s on the menu? The four soup options are sukiyaki (Japanese dashi, mirin, and soy sauce), tom yum (Thai sweet and sour), mala (spicy Chinese sichuan pepper), and miso (Japanese soybean paste).
- Diners select their soup, meat (seafood, lamb, pork, beef, or vegetables), noodles, and spiciness level.
- There’s also bingsu, a Korean dessert of milk shaved ice with mango or strawberries.
Open: 11 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.
