🌮 Parachos Tacos y Tragos, an elevated taqueria and cocktail bar, has opened in the McDowell Mountain Marketplace on the southwest corner of Bell Road and Thompson Peak Parkway in north Scottsdale.
What’s on the menu? Highlights include roasted sweet potato tacos, shrimp ceviche with tajin tacos, carne asada tortas with pickled jalapenos (pictured), and Michoacan-style beef birria tortas.
- Creative cocktails include La Fresca (Astral blanco tequila, ginger, aloe, tumeric, and lemon) and the Cafetini (Milagro reposado tequila, coffee liquor, coconut, and cinnamon).
Open: 4-9 p.m. Monday-Friday and 2-9 p.m. Saturday.
