Origami Ramen sibling Yuzu Omakase debuts in northeast Phoenix

🍣 Japanese restaurant Yuzu Omakase has soft-opened for takeout and catering at Tatum Point in northeast Phoenix.

  • It takes over the former Copperhead Bistro space in the Walmart-Petco center on the southwest corner of Bell Road and Tatum Boulevard.
  • Yuzu is a sibling of four-year-old Origami Ramen Bar in Ahwatukee. Both are owned by Japanese-born and -trained chef Yusuke Kuroda.

What’s on the menu? Omakase meals feature 13 pieces of premium sushi.

Open: Noon-7 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.
