Din Tai Fung coming to Scottsdale Fashion Square

🥟 Din Tai Fung, a Chinese restaurant whose original location in Taiwan has received multiple Michelin stars, is coming to Scottsdale Fashion Square.

• The restaurant has 17 locations in the U.S. Nine are in California, four in Washington, two in Oregon, one in Las vegas, and one in New York.

What’s on the menu? Din Tai Fung is most famous for its xiao long bao, which are steamed dumplings filled with pork, chicken, or crab.

• The menu also includes soups, wontons, noodles, wok dishes, and more.

The timeline: Din Tai Fung is expected to open in 2025, but the company has not announced a timetable.
