🍳 Scottsdale-based Eggstasy, a breakfast and lunch concept that debuted in 2014, has opened its seventh Valley location at The Colony in uptown Phoenix.
It takes over the space formerly home to Tucson-based Fuku Sushi (and, before that, Pure Sushi) near the northwest corner of Seventh Street and Missouri Avenue.
In addition, Eggstasy owner Peter Verros purchased local chain Morning Squeeze earlier this year and will begin converting its four locations into Eggstasy restaurants this fall.
Open for breakfast and lunch daily.
