🥖 Paris Banh Mi Cafe & Bakery, a Florida-based chain of Vietnamese sandwich and coffee shops, opens its second Arizona location today in Chandler.
It takes over the former Barro’s Pizza space on the northwest corner of Alma School and Germann roads.
The menu features the namesake sandwiches – a sliced French baguette typically filled with meat, pickled vegetables, cilantro, cucumber, jalapenos, and a pâté or mayonnaise – as well as croissant sandwiches, ‘‘burgers,’’ and appetizers.
Open 9 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.
