🚫 BLD, a comfort food brunch restaurant, has closed after 13 years in south Chandler, and another brunch concept – Brunch Snob – will move into the space on the northeast corner of Germann and Dobson.
No reason was given for the closing.
Brunch Snob, which debuted in Ahwatukee in 2022 and added an uptown Phoenix location in 2023, is shooting for a Nov. 1 opening for Chandler.
