🐓 Copper & Sage, a Southern-influenced gastropub that’s the newest concept from Westside Concepts (Haymaker, Cantina Gueros, Maple & Rye, etc.), has launched a second location at GSQ in downtown Goodyear.
Copper & Sage made its debut in Phoenix in late 2023.
Menu highlights include black-eyed pea hummus, fried green tomatoes, bayou mussels (pictured), and Nashville hot chicken.
Open for lunch and dinner daily plus brunch on weekends.
