👨🍳 Milanesa and Garlic Chicken Pesto will be the co-entrees when Romeo’s Euro Cafe in downtown Gilbert holds its weekly ‘‘Taste of Romeo’s’’ dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The dinners, held in a private dining room, feature five courses selected from the restaurant’s regular menu.
This week’s courses
- Mushrooms Meteora: Baked mushrooms stuffed with feta, capers, dill, and artichoke. Served with yogurt sauce.
- Chef Salad: Turkey, ham, Swiss, provolone, bacon, olives, and artichoke hearts served over classic dinner salad.
- Milanesa: Lightly breaded pan-fried pork cutlet with garlic-horseradish mashed potatoes, roasted pepper, and garlic giardiniera.
- Garlic Chicken Pesto: Chicken breast sautéed with roasted garlic, pine nuts, and olive oil in basil pesto cream. Served over linguini.
