🌮 Fire & Braids, which has done Mexican food pop-ups at Pinnacle Brewing for several months, has set up a semi-permanent trailer next to the north Scottsdale brewery’s biergarten.
The seasonal menu currently features corn masa sopes topped with Michoacán-style pork carnitas or chicken mole, Tijuana-style carne asada and al pastor pork tacos, and street corn nachos.
Open 2-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, noon-8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
