🍷 Pinard Wine Bar, which promises a European-style dining and wine drinking experience, has opened in north Scottsdale.
It takes over the space formerly home to The Craftsman on the southeast corner of Hayden Road and Thompson Peak Parkway.
The menu offers beef bourguignon, ratatouille, cheese plates, and foie gras. There are 40 wines by the glass and more than 200 by the bottle.
Owner Letty Ebel is the wife of Jason Ebel, co-founder of Two Brothers Brewing.
Open for happy hour and dinner Tuesday-Sunday.
