🚫 Seven, the high-end American restaurant and rooftop pool lounge that opened at the Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel in March, will close in May.
The announcement came as the hotel decided to dump the Caesars affiliation and rebrand as a Hilton property.
Seven was created by Scottsdale-based Riot Hospitality (Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, El Hefe, Farm & Craft, etc.)
