🌮 Dallas-based Velvet Taco makes its much-anticipated Arizona debut at 11 a.m. today in Old Town Scottsdale.
It takes over the former Second Story Restaurant & Liquor Bar building on the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Third Avenue.
Velvet Taco offers more than 20 globally inspired tacos, ranging from spicy tikka chicken to angus brisket to Korean fried rice. The signature dessert is red velvet cake, and alcohol is served.
The first 100 customers today get free T-shirts and hats.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
