🍺 Litchfield Park gastropub Ground Control, a fixture of the West Valley’s craft beer scene since 2007, has learned its lease will not be renewed next month.
But there is some good news: Owner Ian Harwell says he’s looking for a new location.
‘‘We plan on making a comeback bigger and better, and implore you to follow us on our next adventure,’’ he writes on social media.
It looks like Friday, Dec. 13, will be GC’s last day at its present location.
‘‘Until we close our doors – for now – we ask you to please come out and support as much as possible,’’ Harwell says. ‘‘Moving locations is very expensive and we would appreciate all the sales we can to make this happen.’’
