🍺 When Pedal Haus Brewery announced its new biergarten concept in downtown Mesa finally would open last Friday, it appeared to be the end of three-plus years of delays and false starts.
Wrong.
After holding a ‘‘friends and family’’ practice session Thursday, Pedal Haus failed its final inspection at the last minute Friday, leaving it unable to open all weekend. (Worse yet, it didn’t alert people via the media or social media.)
It’s the second time in less than a month the location announced an opening date only to disappoint its patrons.
