🍣 Kodo Sushi & Sake, a Japanese eatery focused on sushi, sake, and Japanese beer, has opened a third Valley location, dubbed Kodo Sushi & Bar, in the former Umami BBQ & Sushi space on the southwest corner of Scottsdale and the 101 in north Scottsdale.
Other locations opened in north Scottsdale in 2017 and south Chandler in 2019.
Kodo is a sibling of Harumi Sushi, which has been operating in downtown Phoenix since 2013.
Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Friday and Sunday, and dinner on Saturday.
