🍷 Saint Urban, an elevated neighborhood wine bar from Valley restaurateur and chef Christopher Collins, has opened at McCormick Ranch in central Scottsdale.
If the name sounds familiar, it’s because Collins opened a French brasserie called St. Urban in uptown Phoenix in 2022, but it lasted only a year.
The new unabbreviated version moves into the space formerly home to another Collins concept, the seafood-centric Rockefeller, which closed in July on the northwest corner of Hayden and Via de Ventura.
Menu highlights include sharable small plates and an all-Arizona craft beer lineup.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
