🕺 Thundercat Lounge, a 1980s- and ’90s-inspired dance club that opened in January, has closed on the southeast corner of Van Buren and Ninth Avenue in downtown Phoenix.
‘‘We have all seen countless restaurants and bars that we love close this year. Sadly, we are now one of them,’’ the owners posted on social media.
Events scheduled in December will be held at sibling Thunderbird Lounge in Phoenix.
