🐶 Fast-food chain Raising Cane’s has begun selling its annual Plush Puppies to benefit local pet welfare organizations.
This year’s edition, “Raise a Little Cane,” features a plush dog dressed as a candy cane.
The dogs sell for $9.99 with 100% of the profits going to Friends for Life Animal Rescue, Friends of Pima Animal Care Center, Desert Labrador Retriever Rescue and Arizona Animal Welfare League.
Todd Graves, who founded Raising Cane’s in 1996, named his restaurant after his beloved dog, Cane.
Since introduced in 2004, the limited-edition Plush Puppies have raised more than $2 million for dog parks, no-kill rescues, and shelters across the country.
They’re available for purchase until Jan. 5 unless they sell out sooner.
