After 6-year absence, Burritoholics reopens in downtown Mesa

🌯 Burritoholics, a fast-casual Mexican concept from the owner of the former El Zocalo Mexican Grille in downtown Chandler, has opened in downtown Mesa.

It’s located near the northwest corner of Main and Robson between Worth Takeaway and Oro Brewing.

Owner Obed de la Cruz debuted Burritoholics in 2017 in a portion of the former Binkley’s in Cave Creek, but closed it after 15 months.

(The extended de la Cruz family has several Mexican restaurants in the Valley, including Mangos Mexican Cafe, owned by Obed’s brother, Omar, also in downtown Mesa.)

The limited soft-opening menu features a dozen burritos ($9-$15), plus a few appetizers – chips and salsa ($4). chips and guacamole ($10), and fried shrimp ($12).

Open for dinner Monday-Saturday.
