🍜 Sorimmara, a South Korea-based chain specializing in malatang, has opened its second Arizona location at the Fry’s shopping center on the southwest corner of Gilbert and Baseline in Gilbert.
Malatang is a Chinese soup featuring the numbing spice mala. At Sorimmara, diners build their own bowls, which are priced by the pound, from a salad bar.
The menu also offers guobaorou (fried pork dishes), mala xiang guo (stir-fry hot pots), teokbokki (spicy rice cakes), and fried rices.
The chain made its Arizona debut at 99 Ranch Market in Chandler earlier this year.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
