🌮 Blanco Reserva, an elevated version of Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Blanco Cocina & Cantina, has opened at PV, the $2 billion redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall on the northwest corner of Cactus and Tatum in northeast Phoenix.
It’s FRC’s sixth Blanco location in the Valley, with a seventh opening soon in Tempe.
Blanco Reserva’s menu still offers Blanco’s tacos, burritos, and fajitas, but also new dishes like lobster and shrimp fideo ($41), filet mignon and garlic prawns ($49), and sangria-braised short rib ($32).
An expanded cocktail lineup was inspired by Pushing Daisies, FRC’s underground margarita bar in Nashville.
The Mexican hacienda-inspired interior features a deep red palette, low ceilings, and a variety vinyl, fabric, tile, and stone.
“We’ve enjoyed evolving Blanco, staying true to its vibrant Sonoran roots while introducing a more refined and elevated take on the experience guests have come to love,” says FRC founder Sam Fox.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
