Valley chain Fired Pie closes SanTan Village location in Gilbert

🍕 Fired Pie, a Scottsdale-based chain of fast-casual pizzerias, has closed its seven-year-old location at SanTan Village shopping center in Gilbert. It’s the latest of several closures by the chain.

The concept, which debuted in 2013, had more than 20 Valley locations as recently as 2021 but now has just 11. Only two remain in the East Valley – at Mesa Riverview and in south Chandler.

Fired Pie allows customers to choose their dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings. The 11-inch pizzas take three-and-a-half minutes to cook in an open-fire brick oven and cost $12.29 or less, no matter how many toppings.

The pizzeria also offers build-your-own salads for $12.29 or less.
