🥙 Feta Cowboy, a new concept from the founders of Pita Jungle, has opened on the northeast corner of McClintock and Warner in south Tempe.
The counter-service restaurant, which takes over a strip-mall corner space formerly home to CoreLife Eatery, offers a menu that mixes Mediterranean food with Southwest cuisine.
The menu is segmented into bowls ($10.99-$14.99) and handhelds ($8.99-$11.99). Signature creations include a brisket kimchi burrito ($11.99), a spicy chicken bowl ($11.99), and a hummus and birria dip ($12.99).
There’s also an option to build your own bowl ($10.99), pita ($9.99), or burrito ($8.99). Protein choices are chile-braised chuck roast, gyro, chicken shawarma, chicken taouk, salmon, cowboys kebab, or brisket.
Feta Cowboy offers seven sauces, ranging from salsa verde to harissa, and five kinds of pico.
Hours are 10:45 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
