🍺 Catalyst Crafted Ales, the Tempe brewpub that recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, has launched a new kitchen menu.
Sea and Land Tacos, which operated Catalyst’s in-house kitchen in 2024, has returned to focusing on its food truck business.
In its place, Catalyst brought in Anthony Apolinar, executive chef of Keeler Hospitality Group, to create the new menu and run the kitchen.
Highlights include a Southwest burger (pictured), a blackened chicken sandwich, and guajillo hot wings.
The brewpub now offers full-service dining (tableside ordering).
