Scottsdale-based brunch concept Over Easy has opened its 17th Valley location at GSQ in downtown Goodyear.
Menu highlights such as banana nut French toast, chicken fried steak, and ham with red-eye gravy have been featured on the Food Network’s ‘‘Diners, Drive-Ins & Dive.’’
The builder was Phoenix-based Laurshan Construction.
Open 6:30 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
Over Easy plans to open two more locations this year – at I-17 and Dove Valley in north Phoenix and I-10 and Verrado in Buckeye.
