Hope’s Brunch House replaces IHOP in central Phoenix

🍳 Hope’s Brunch House has opened in the former IHOP building on the west side of Central about halfway between McDowell and Thomas in central Phoenix.

Highlights of the huge menu include oven-baked biscuit sandwiches (two for $14), smokey grits ($3.95), cinnamon roll pancakes ($13), chicken carnitas skillets ($15), barbecue bacon burgers ($15 with side), and Philly steak panini ($15 with side).

You also can get sampler plates of three different kinds of pancakes ($14), French toast ($14), waffles ($16), or crepes ($16).

Open 7 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.
