🌮 Cien Fuegos, a Mexican restaurant from the son of the owners of Casa Corazon, has opened in the former La Cocina space near the southwest corner of 16th Street and McDowell in Phoenix.
Menu highlights include pipian verde (chicken in a tangy green sauce, $24), chile en nogada (stuffed poblano peppers, $24, pictured), and conchinita pibil (marinated pork, $24).
Signature cocktails include the spicy Fuego made with tequila, blood orange liqueur, and lime ($16).
Open 10 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
