🍍 For those who love pineapple on their pizzas, Craft 64 in Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Chandler is hosting a Pineapple Festival all month.
The special menu includes two pineapple-laden pizzas:
- The Maui Wowie: Charred pineapple, applewood-smoked bacon, Canadian bacon, smoky BBQ sauce, and fresh mozzarella;
- Tha’ Wiz: Pinaepple-jalapeño chutney, pepperoni, fennel sausage, bacon, pomodoro sauce, and fresh mozzarella.
Other limited-time items include bruschetta with pineapple jam. prosciutto, mascarpone, and basil, and two pineapple cocktails.
Craft 64 also has introduced several new items to its regular menu recently:
- Tipsy Pig pizza with bacon, red onion, vodka sauce;
- Pizza Birria with slow-roasted birria, jalapeños, wet onion, and a dipping cup of consomme (pictured above);
- Baked ziti with a choice of pomodoro, pesto, or vodka sauce (shown below;
- Mozzarella a la Peso drizzled with balsamic fig glaze and accompanied by house-made focaccia.
