🍺 Dynamite Beer Company in Cave Creek has soft-opened a second location in uptown Phoenix.
The taproom, bottle shop, and kitchen moved into the former Huss Brewing space on the northeast corner of Central and Camelback.
Unlike Tempe-based Huss, Dynamite is not a brewery. Instead, it offers a rotating selection of 20 guest craft beers on tap.
Mike Chapman helped to launch the Huss location seven years ago and managed it until he started Dynamite with his wife, Laura, in 2022.
A second Dynamite location in Cave Creek already was in the works when the Chapmans were approached about taking over the Huss space. (The second Cave Creek location still is expected to open later this year.)
Dynamite’s small food menu offers five appetizers, a half-dozen flatbread pizzas, three salads, and a Schreiner’s sausage board.
Open 3-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
A grand opening celebration will be held 1-8 p.m. Saturday, March 22.
