Blue Sushi Sake Grill, an Omaha, Neb.-based chain of Japanese restaurants focused on responsibly caught and humanely raised seafood, has opened its second Valley location at the Village at Prasada in Surprise.
The concept from the Flagship Restaurant Group made its Arizona debut in January at Novus Place adjacent to ASU in Tempe.
(Other Flagship restaurants in the Valley include Cham Pang Lane, Ghost Donkey, Palma, and Pyro.)
In addition to sushi, Blue Sushi’s menu offers shared plates, salads, soups, and desserts.
Open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and noon-9 p.m. Sunday.
