Ricemill, a new Asian-inspired fast-casual concept, is scheduled to open Saturday in downtown Phoenix.
The 1,789-square-foot restaurant will be located at the Collier Center near the southeast corner of Second Street and Washington.
Ricemill’s menu features chef-curated rice bowls like Seoul Garlic Chicken, Shanghai-Style Steak, and Osaka Yuzu Shrimp ($11.55-$15.05).
You also can build your own bowl with your choice of base, protein, and toppings ($11.55).
Open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.
Ricemill also plans to open locations at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale and at a yet-to-be-announced site in Tempe this year.
