Tom’s Watch Bar, a Colorado-based chain of sports bars, has made its Arizona debut in downtown Phoenix just in time for the start of the Arizona Diamondbacks’ season.
It takes over the former Hard Rock Cafe space (most recently The Ainsworth) on the northeast corner of Second Street and Jefferson, less than a quarter-mile west of Chase Field.
The sports bar has more than 100 TVs showing “all of the sports, all of the time.”
Popular menu items include a cornbread pancake topped with Nashville hot chicken (shown below), a prime rib sandwich with demi-glace dip, walleye and chips, and birria mac and cheese.
The bar offers more than 100 specialty cocktails and 50-plus craft beers.
