Hot Daisy Pizza, the concept that well-known Valley pastry chef Tammie Coe launched from her bakery storefront in downtown Phoenix, is closing April 30.
It opened just over four years ago on the northwest corner of Sixth Street and Roosevelt in downtown Phoenix.
‘‘After four incredible years serving the Roosevelt Row community, we’re closing this chapter with a huge thank you to everyone who made our time here so special,’’ the pizzeria posted on social media.
It added: ‘‘Don’t worry, we’re just hitting pause – stay tuned for exciting things ahead,’’
Besides pizzas – which Coe described as ‘‘New York-style meets California’’ – Hot Daisy Pizza still offered her signature cakes, cookies, and pastries.
