🍕 Strad Pizza, a car-themed concept from a popular YouTuber, has opened on the northwest corner of Scottsdale and Thunderbird in north Scottsdale.
It’s a joint venture by car YouTuber James Stradman (pictured), who lives in Utah and has more than four million followers, and Valley entrepreneur Freddy Nguyen.
The restaurant is decorated with car-related artwork, including an outside mural of two of Stradman’s sports cars.
The menu offers 20-inch New York-style pizzas in four varieties: cheese, pepperoni, veggie, and meat lovers ($5-$6.50 per slice, $25-$29 per pie).
The pizzeria plans to host monthly car and pizza nights.
Open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
