Brunch restaurant Bits of Both opens in northeast Mesa

🍳 Bits of Both, a locally owned brunch restaurant, has opened in the Safeway plaza on the southeast corner of Power and McKellips in northeast Mesa.

Highlights of the breakfast menu include pancakes on a stick (two for $11), chorizo biscuits and gravy ($11), and steak and eggs ($18).

For lunch, there’s a popper grilled cheese sandwich ($14 with side), a house-made meatball sandwich ($15 with side), and something called Flowers for All, a croissant topped with veggies, sprinkled with feta, and drizzled with balsamic glaze ($15, pictured).

Open 5 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.
