
🍺 This year’s Arizona Women’s Collaboration Brew – a hoppy lager – will arrive in restaurants, bars, and taprooms statewide this week.
The Women’s Collaboration Beer project started in 2015. Its goals are to showcase women that work in the Arizona beer industry and highlight the need for emergency shelter and support services to women affected by domestic violence.
This year’s beer was brewed at OHSO Brewery in Paradise Valley. It will benefit the non-profit Maggie’s Place.
The West Coast pilsner has a pale lager base, but Saaz, Mosaic, HBC 1019, and Simcoe Hyperboost hops donated by Yakima Chief lend a prominent bitterness.
