🥟 Bing Bistro, a Chinese restaurant specializing in handmade dumplings and noodles, has opened in north Scottsdale.
It takes over the space formerly home to Veggie Village in the Best Buy plaza on the southeast corner of Hayden and Frank Lloyd Wright.
There are five kinds of handmade dumplings ($11.99-$14.99 for eight) and four types of soup dumplings ($13.99-$17.99 for six).
Noodles – regular, thin, thick, or wide – are available in soups ($14.99-$15.99) and noodle dishes ($12.99-$14.99).
The menu also offers pork buns, potstickers, fried rice, Peking duck, and a handful of Americanized Chinese entrees.
Open 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. daily.
