Match Market & Bar celebrates color orange with May 10 dinner

🧡 Match Market and Bar, the signature restaurant at the Found:Re boutique hotel in downtown Phoenix, is taking reservations for its latest creative theme dinner.

‘‘The Orange Dinner,’’ which will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 10, will consist of seven courses celebrating the color orange:

• 1st course: Stonefruit and cheddar;
• 2nd course: Golden beet and goat cheese roulade;
• 3rd course: Orange tomato and persimmon carpaccio;
• 4th course: Orange bell pepper rice, salmon, roe, carrot, and mustard velouté;
• 5th course: Kombucha, red shrimp, and Romesco;
• 6th course: Filet mignon, chanterelle mushrooms, and creamy red lentils;\
• 7th course: Orange and vanilla tart.
