
🥐 Proof Bread, a bakery that started in a Mesa garage and now has three Valley storefronts, is expanding its northeast Phoenix location.
The additional 1,150 square feet, which will bring the total of 5,950, will allow the bakery to to expand its pastry and proofing operations. The location will become Proof’s headquarters.
Best-known for its sourdough bread, Proof offers a variety of artisan breads and pastries, including danishes, croissants, and English muffins.
Other locations are in downtown Mesa and Litchfield Park. A fourth is planned near Agritopia in Gilbert.
